12-15 minute relaxation exercises.
These are ideal for the beginner. They are written and produced for people working through issues like low mood, grief, anxiety and trauma. Always consult with me when working with the exercises in order to find the right one for you and how to work with the cognitive, emotional and behaviour processes we have explored in session.
These Energisation Exercises are useful for maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit especially when moving through a process of inner unfoldment and self-awareness.
Here is another new meditation or prayer recording at only 7 minutes. It is the Buddhist Metta and is a personal and universal healing prayer for all living beings. It is one of the first meditations I learned in Sri Lanka and shifts mind sets, negative thinking very quickly. Enjoy this process. It changes the universe and the self.
This is a basic Eye Movement Meditation that uses only lateral movements from left to right. While you are doing the lateral eye movements I am repeating an affirmation: I Accept What Comes in Time and Space. It gives a good process for you to develop your own affirmations using a very effective relaxation and manifestation technique.
The Eye Movement Calmer was also developed for calming the mind from challenging thought loops and intense emotions. This uses lateral, vertical and diagonal movements. It is 9 minutes long and is useful for morning and evening sessions as part of your introspection and manifestation routine.
Here is one of the new meditations – the Gratitude Meditation. I have written an article about Gratitude here if you would like more information about its benefits. It is just under 12 minutes and changes your life in many ways when done regularly. Enjoy.

The Walled Garden (sitting or lying down) is an extended healing meditation that works well for people who are living with their brain bruise of grief, trauma, painful memories and heartache. It promotes healing of the brain bruise of self-defeating thoughts and behaviours as well as those things that knocked you for six and you’re getting yourself back again. It allows you to validate the need for nurturing and healing and the time to do that in a safe and peaceful place.
