I offer personalised supervision for qualified and practicing counsellors and therapists.

My approach utilises the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision and is multi-dimensional exploring the different modes of supervision such as the therapist strategies and interventions, the relationship between the therapist and the client and the wider contexts of therapy such as the organisations or private practice environments you work in, policy, practice, planning, personalising approach, safeguarding, ethics, dilemmas, constraints and limitations, to name a few.

I have worked with a range of issues in significant depth including trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, suicidality, self-harm, personality disorders, narcissism, dissociative identity disorder, spiritual issues, sexuality, gender, addictions, phobias, compulsive behaviours and anger to name just a few.

I have completed an Accredited Postgraduate Certificate in Supervision in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Helping Relationships. I currently work in private practice and teach level 3, 4 and 5 diplomas in hypnotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling supporting students on placement.
