I am a therapist based near Salisbury, offering counselling, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy to help you discover a deeper sense of purpose, meaning, and joy in your life. My approach is centred on helping you build positive relationships, regain control, and live with authenticity. Together, we can work through challenges such as past trauma, abuse, internalised shame, addictive behaviours, eating disorders, phobias, co-dependence, narcissistic control, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and sexuality and gender identity. We also explore the unique strengths and gifts of ADHD, neurodiversity, and autism.
By processing and integrating these experiences, we can focus on restoring your autonomy and improving your sense of control. In addition to addressing emotional struggles, I also assist with shadow integration, overcoming self-sabotaging patterns, negative self-talk, intrusive thoughts, self-harm, suicidality, workplace bullying, and navigating significant life transitions, including adolescence, mid-life, and retirement.
I offer in-person therapy near Winchester, as well as online and phone support for both young people (14+) and adults. I also provide a free one-hour consultation for anyone interested in learning more about how therapy can support them.
Clinical Supervision is also available for other therapists looking for guidance and support in their practice.
Therapy works best when we build a strong foundation of trust and authenticity. This relationship helps you develop a compassionate and integrated connection with all parts of yourself—both light and shadow. Deep within, you have the potential for self-love, growth, and healing. As we explore past trauma, negative conditioning, and layers of the collective shadow, we unlock the wisdom and strength within you. While the journey can be challenging, the rewards are profound: deeper self-acceptance, purpose, and meaning.
I provide in-person therapy at Space to Talk in Romsey on Wednesday afternoons. My clients travel from around Salisbury and surrounding areas, including Andover, Winchester, Southampton, Romsey, and the New Forest.
Online therapy sessions are available throughout the week, with flexible appointments to suit your needs—whether in the day or evening.
