By understanding and processing these areas, we work towards achieving autonomy, control, and the ability to live authentically. I also help clients with shadow integration, goal setting, overcoming self-defeating behaviours, negative self-talk, intrusive thoughts, self-harm, suicidality, workplace bullying, and navigating life transitions such as adolescence, mid-life changes, and retirement.
I offer in-person therapy near Winchester, as well as online and phone support for both young people (14+) and adults. A free one-hour consultation is available for new clients.
Clinical Supervision for practicing therapists is also offered.
The success of psychotherapy relies on establishing a deep, positive rapport built on trust and authenticity. Our work together can help you create a positive relationship with all parts of yourself—the shadow and the light. Within you lies a buried treasure of higher consciousness, love, and self-nourishment. By exploring and unearthing layers of trauma, negative conditioning, and collective shadow, we can unlock this deeper part of you. It’s one of the hardest journeys, but the most rewarding—leading to self-love, purpose, and meaning.
I offer in-person counselling at Space to Talk in Romsey on Wednesday afternoons, and clients travel from various areas around Winchester, including Andover, Salisbury, Romsey, Southampton, and the New Forest. Online counselling sessions are available throughout the week, with flexible days and evening times.
